Snag is a tool that watches public Apple Store pickup stock and tells you when it changes. Gula Labs, LLC runs it. By using it you agree to this.
What Snag is (and isn't)
Snag isn't affiliated with Apple Inc. We don't sell phones, hold stock or reserve anything. You buy from Apple. Stock moves fast, so a ping is a heads-up, not a promise that the phone is still there.
Plans
Pass and Unlimited are one-time purchases that last 30 days and one year. They never renew on their own. Every plan gets the same checks; we don't sell speed.
Fair use
Don't scrape Snag, resell its data or try to break it. We may rate-limit or block traffic that does.
No warranty
Snag is provided as is. We work hard to be fast and right, but we can't guarantee every restock or every ping, and we aren't liable for a phone you didn't get. Where the law doesn't allow this limit, it applies as far as the law allows.
