Refunds
If Snag didn't work for you, you should get your money back. Here's how.
Bought in the iPhone app
Apple handles App Store refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, pick the Snag purchase and choose "Request a refund".
Bought on the web
Email hello@snagpickup.com within 14 days of buying with the email you paid with. We refund in full, no questions, to the card you used. It usually shows up in 5 to 10 days.
Your legal rights
Nothing here takes away rights you have under your local consumer law.
